MediSaathi was founded to solve this information asymmetry by bringing publicly available pricing, packaging specifications, and active ingredient information together into a single, transparent comparison interface.

Price Aggregation: We monitor publicly listed medicine prices, package sizes, and availability statuses across 7 major Indian online pharmacies: PharmEasy, 1mg, Apollo, Netmeds, Truemeds, MedPlus, and PlatinumRx.
Transparent Attribution: Every price quote on MediSaathi clearly names the source pharmacy, the recorded price, and the date the price was last checked.
Direct Pharmacy Links:When you find a suitable pharmacy offer and choose to proceed, our platform provides a direct link to that pharmacy's product listing.
Third-Party Checkout:All purchasing, order confirmation, prescription verification, payment collection, and shipping are conducted exclusively on the third-party pharmacy's website.

Authoritative Regulatory Classifications: Active salt compositions, schedule classifications, and ceiling prices cross-referenced against gazette registries maintained by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) and the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA).
