1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediSaathi ([https://mymedisaathi.com](https://mymedisaathi.com)), our mobile interfaces, or associated digital tools (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Platform Role: Comparison & Discovery Only

MediSaathi aggregates publicly available retail pricing, pack specifications, and active chemical ingredients across 7 digital pharmacies in India (PharmEasy, 1mg, Apollo, Netmeds, Truemeds, MedPlus, and PlatinumRx):

• We are NOT a Pharmacy: We do not sell, dispense, stock, package, or fulfill orders for medicines.
• Purchases Occur on Third-Party Sites: Clicking an external link directs you to the pharmacy website where order placement, prescription verification, and payment occur.
• Third-Party Commercial Terms Apply: All transactions, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and returns are governed exclusively by the terms and policies of the respective pharmacy merchant.

3. Pricing Fluctuations & Information Accuracy

While we strive to ensure technical accuracy across automated data pipelines:

• Price Volatility:Third-party pharmacy prices and coupon promotions change dynamically. Prices shown on MediSaathi reflect the latest recorded check and may differ from the checkout total on the pharmacy's site.
• Stock Availability: Inventory statuses fluctuate rapidly based on local pin codes. MediSaathi does not guarantee that a medicine listed as in-stock will remain available when you reach the pharmacy cart.
• Prescription Requirements:Displaying a prescription drug (Schedule H / H1) does not imply it can be purchased without an approved doctor's prescription.

4. Commercial & Affiliate Disclosures

MediSaathi maintains strict editorial neutrality. We do not charge user transaction fees. Our comparison board sorts pharmacy offers purely by in-stock availability and verified price. MediSaathi currently earns zero commissions on transactions completed through third-party pharmacy links. Should approved commercial partnerships arise, they will never alter objective price rankings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MediSaathi, its directors, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our price comparison services.
• Any pricing, packaging, or availability discrepancies between MediSaathi and the destination pharmacy.
• Any clinical outcomes, adverse drug reactions, or therapeutic decisions resulting from unauthorized self-medication or reliance on comparative pricing data.
