Oxramet XR 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet is used to treat Type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a common condition that causes the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood to become too high. It's a lifelong condition that can affect your everyday life. You may need to change your diet, take medicines and have regular check-ups to lead a normal life.Oxramet XR 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet is composed of dapagliflozin and metformin. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily in the morning. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve or worsens (if your blood sugar is too high or too low).Do not take Oxramet XR 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet if you are allergic to any component present in Oxramet XR 10 mg/1000 mg Tablet.
