NITRO G 2

Nitroglycerin / Glyceryl Trinitrate(2.6 Mg)

Nitroglycerin / Glyceryl Trinitrate(2.6 Mg)Salt

Nitro G 2.6 Tablet is used to manage chest pain (angina). Angina occurs when blood flow to the heart is reduced, often due to coronary artery blockages or spasms. Nitro G 2.6 Tablet helps relieve the discomfort and pressure associated with angina by improving blood flow to the heart. The active ingredient in Nitro G 2.6 Tablet is glyceryl trinitrate (nitroglycerin). This medicine works as a vasodilator, relaxing and widening the blood vessels in the heart. Reducing pressure on the heart helps it pump blood more efficiently, thereby alleviating chest pain. It is important to take Nitro G 2.6 Tablet exactly as prescribed. Do not stop or change your dosage without consulting your doctor, as sudden discontinuation can worsen heart problems or increase the risk of angina attacks. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions carefully. Some precautions are necessary before using Nitro G 2.6 Tablet. Inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, recent heart attacks, or liver/kidney issues. Also, disclose any other medications you are taking, as certain drugs may interact with nitroglycerin and cause unwanted side effects. Lifestyle and monitoring can support your treatment. While on Nitro G 2.6 Tablet, avoid smoking, limit alcohol consumption, and maintain a heart-healthy diet. Report any side effects such as dizziness, headache, or unusual heartbeats to your doctor promptly, and attend regular follow-ups to monitor your heart health.
