TENEBLU TABLET

Tenepla Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine that helps manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains teneligliptin as its active ingredient, which works by increasing the release of insulin and reducing glucose production in the body. This helps in maintaining healthy blood sugar levels and prevents sudden spikes after meals. Your doctor will decide the right dose based on your blood sugar readings and overall health condition. You can take Tenepla Tablet with or without food, but it is important to take it at the same time every day to get the best results. Do not skip or stop the medicine without your doctor’s advice, even if your blood sugar seems normal. Always follow your prescribed dose and never take more than the recommended amount. Before starting Tenepla Tablet, inform your doctor about your complete medical history, especially if you have any liver, kidney, or heart-related issues. Also, be sure to inform your doctor about all other medications, supplements, or herbal products you are using to avoid potential unwanted interactions. Along with taking Tenepla Tablets, it is essential to make healthy lifestyle changes. Follow a balanced diet that is low in carbohydrates and sugar, exercise regularly, avoid smoking, and limit alcohol consumption. These habits help improve your blood sugar control and overall health. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly and record your readings. This helps your doctor adjust your dose if needed. Proper blood sugar control with Tenepla Tablet can reduce your risk of diabetes-related complications such as kidney, eye, and nerve problems, as well as heart disease and stroke.
