Follow up with your doctor regularly to monitor the effectiveness of the medicine and to make necessary dose adjustments if required.Common side effects of EUthyrox 25 Tablet include headaches, nervousness, weight loss, insomnia, shortness of breath, and diarrhea. These effects usually occur if the dose is too high. If you experience symptoms like chest pain, rapid heartbeat, or excessive weight loss, inform your doctor immediately. To minimize side effects, take the medication exactly as prescribed and do not change the dose on your own.EUthyrox 25 Tablet should not be used in cases of untreated adrenal gland problems, overactive thyroid, or severe heart conditions without your doctor’s supervision.
