Don’t apply it more often or in larger amounts than directed, as it won’t help you heal faster and could increase side effects. Skin infections usually improve within 2 to 4 weeks. Let your doctor know if you don’t see progress. The L Sys Cream works best if you keep the affected area clean and dry, and wash your hands before and after applying it. If you have athlete’s foot, make sure to wash your socks or tights thoroughly and, if possible, change your shoes daily. Common side effects may include burning, irritation, itching, redness, or dryness at the application site. These are usually not serious and often resolve on their own.
