Tenvir-AF Tablet is an antiviral medicine used to treat Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in adults. It contains tenofovir alafenamide as its active ingredient. This medicine works by preventing the multiplication of the HIV virus within the body, which helps lower the viral load in the blood and boosts immunity. It is not a cure for HIV but aids in controlling the infection and enhancing quality of life. Taking Tenvir-AF Tablet regularly as prescribed by your doctor helps reduce the risk of HIV-related complications and also lowers the chance of transmitting the virus. It is important to take this medication at the same time each day for optimal results. Do not stop taking it abruptly without consulting your doctor, as this may make the infection more difficult to treat. Tenvir-AF Tablet should always be taken with food and a glass of water to improve absorption. Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, stomach discomfort, and electrolyte imbalance. Most of these effects are temporary and tend to resolve on their own, but if they persist or cause discomfort,
