VILDUS 50MG TABLET

Vildagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor used to treat type 2 diabetes. It works by increasing the levels of incretin hormones, which in turn increases insulin release and decreases glucagon levels. Vildagliptin is used in combination with diet and exercise to improve glycemic control. It is not recommended for patients with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
